It's about time we here at Lagunitas gave thanks, so we are throwing a client appreciation night in honor of all the people whether clients, friends, or family who have stood by us throughout our first year! While my business over the past seventeen years has been the same - helping serve investors throughout the community - owning my own firm has been so different and brought me a tremendous amount of satisfaction. On the day the approval from the SEC finally came last June, it was a dream come true, and it has been truly an incredible ride throughout our first year of being here. So many people have stepped up and so many new partnerships have been formed that they are too numerous to thank individually, so we are doing it collectively in one big blowout Bash on Friday, November 7th, from 5:00-7:30 here at the branch.
The evening will be centered first on being thankful and recognizing how fortunate we are, so that night, members of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department will be in attendance not just to deliver our toy bins for our Toy Project drive, but to speak to the true needs of people in our community who have far less than we do. Please help us do everything possible to help this fine organization, www.toyproject.org, by bringing a new unwrapped toy to the party and helping us fill these bins to the brim!
Throughout the course of the evening, you will be treated to live music, wine & hors d'oeurves, and much more, so plan on leaving the kids at home and joining us for a special night. As a reminder, our charitable event set for this Friday, 10/10, got too big and is postponed (over 20 artists committed in less than two weeks). We are set for January 2015, so keep your eyes out for an invite as it will be a smash. With your help, we should be able to break records for local charities in need!
